Hyperprint Docs

A practical starting point for understanding the current Hyperprint customer and merchant workflows.

Documentation is being expanded as Hyperprint features move toward public release.

Getting Started

Start from the homepage to upload a front design, optionally add back artwork, review printability, and continue to apparel previews. Templates provide a guided alternative while using the same commerce pipeline.

Uploading Artwork

The browser uploads artwork through Hyperprint’s protected upload flow. Hyperprint then checks supported file details and prepares private working assets before product previews are generated.

Browsing Products

The Products browser groups each provider style into one product card while preserving available color and size variants. Provider data controls browse availability and Hyperprint pricing controls displayed prices.

Customizing Apparel

Customization options are validated against the selected garment and artwork sides. Available placements and colors depend on current product and mock-base support.

Templates

Templates help customers move through a more structured artwork experience. Generated or selected artwork still enters Hyperprint’s validated blank-garment checkout and production preparation flow.

Cart and Checkout

The persistent cart keeps each customization as its own line, even when garments share a Shopify blank variant. Hyperprint validates the server cart before creating a fresh Shopify checkout.

Account Management

Hyperprint customer identity is managed through Cognito. Account pages expose approved profile and preference updates while protecting authentication and ownership boundaries.

Google Sign-In

Google Sign-In provides your account identifier, email and verification status, name, and optional profile picture through Amazon Cognito. Hyperprint uses this basic identity information only for sign-in, account management, support, and security. It is not used or shared for advertising, marketing, sale, or AI training. The sign-in integration does not request Gmail, Drive, or other Google account content.

Read our Privacy Policy for details about Google Sign-In data handling, storage, and your choices.

Order Tracking

Order history is linked to the signed-in Cognito user. Available details depend on the order and production state; Hyperprint does not fall back to email for ownership.

Shopify App

The merchant-facing Shopify App experience is available from the main navigation. Shopify remains the checkout and order engine while Hyperprint remains the production source of truth.

Production Overview

Hyperprint prepares production records from validated customer artwork, garment selections, and checkout metadata. Thumbnail images are references only; private production artifacts remain the source of truth.
